A good yogi friend of mine Luke Graeber started a free community yoga class at a park in Hong Kong a few months ago, hoping to bring yoga to more people. The group started with a few people, to now having a closed group over over 700 “members”. Luke is away for a few months and a couple of other yoga teachers have been taking turns to lead the class and try to keep the love going.
I taught a class back in March and I really enjoyed it. Yoga at the park, on the grass, meeting new friends. It’s a completely different feeling than practising at the studio. You can read more about this on the following link.
I am happy to teach this event again this Saturday.
Yor Blissful Yoga with Cora
Date: May 2, 2015 (Saturday)
Venue: Tamar Park (near Admiralty)
I will be teaching a vinyasa practice while we move our bodies through fun sequences with flow and grace. I am also going to introduce a few partner stretches in the class so bring your partner/friend(s)!
*** This event is FREE so please invite anyone who you think would benefit from meeting new friends while having a good time.
Everyone will be meeting at exit A of Admiralty MTR on Connaught Road at 10:45 am and walking across to Tamar Park for an 11:00 am start.
Please bring your own Yoga mat (if you do not have one a large towel will do), some good vibes and a massive smile.
All levels welcome!
If you are interested in the event, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
