After two weeks of rainy, stormy weather in Hong Kong we are finally getting some nice weather! Clear blue skies, not too humid, and it’s hot, hot, hot!
The lovely sunshine brightens up my days. I have been taken the workout and yoga practice outdoors as much as I can. Over the weekend I workout at the playground while the kids were playing. I woke up at 5:30 this morning and did some skipping and resistance exercise outside my house. Despite the heat, a few mosquito bites and sore muscles I actually felt good and energetic!
Hot summer days means I am bringing in more veggies and salads to the diet. Have been eating nice and light. Feeling clean.
I was listening to “(Everyone’s free) to wear sunscreen” earlier by Baz Luhrmann. Love the lyrics. Great teachings, and brought me positive energy.
